What is MSX?

MSX is a computersystem, made from the early eighties till the early nineties. It was a very popular system in Japan and in the Netherlands. There are still a few users active on this system. Great game designers like Konami, Microcabin, Compile and T&E Soft have produced a lot of games on the MSX computer. Nowadays, a lot of them are active on Playstation (Metal Gear Solid on the PSX is a sequel to Metal Gear 1 and Metal Gear 2 (Solid Snake) on the MSX computer)
